After years of running my own cleaning business, I decided to create a fresher alternative to the toxic chemicals I was constantly putting myself in contact with. My hands were always cracked and I was plagued with constant sinus problems. I never related these little maladies with the cleaning chemicals I was using, but to the fact that I was aging.

I did some research. With the help of some wonderful books available from the library, I realized that, not only was I harming myself, but I was also harming the environment. You see, most of my clients have wells. I never realized that certain toxic chemicals are dumped down the drain and get into the septic system. The septic system leads to the leach field, which leads to the grass, the worms, and eventually to the birds. It was definitely time for a change.

Armed with my new found knowledge, and some "old-wives-tales" recipes, I decided to try and mix up some cleaning solutions. After many attempts to my amazement I created products that actually work. And they worked well.

After studying as an Herbal apprentice, I learned that certain herbs and oils have healing and/or cleansing properties. I thought about the cleaners and the essential oils and developed these cleaners to impact soils and give you a nice smelling product at the same time.
